Upon arriving to Lake McDonald, we anticipated buying two tickets to ride on the big wooden boats, but then I saw the small motorboats for rent… for an hour we toodled around the lake taking pictures from the viewpoints and angles of our choice. I used the 8 hp motor most of the time, but we did have some fun with the paddle!!!
