We are awestruck by the creativity and genius of the Roman engineers.
We joined a tour group and learned a lot more background on this
magnificent structure… Every Good Friday the Pope walks around this
structure several times to remember and be thankful for the sacrifice
of so many Christians who died in this arena because they refused to
give allegiance to Caesar and deny their faith.
